Any cancellation between 0-15 Days of check in – 100% of the booking amount will be charges as retention.
Any cancellation before 16-30 Days of check in – 50% of the booking amount will be charges as retention.

No Show: 100% Charges
0-15 Days prior to arrival: 100% of the total bill amount
15-21 days prior to arrival :50% of the total bill amount
